Our goal at Central Avenue Elementary is to create a climate for learning that celebrates our differences and stimulates our desire to achieve success. In partnership with parents and community, we strive to establish a nurturing and caring environment that motivates all students to achieve their best.

We are proud of our students' accomplishments and commitment to excellence. Children are supported at Central Avenue with unlimited opportunities to be all they can be. We offer differentiated instruction, interventions for students that need additional help, and enrichment for students that are ready for the next level of challenge. These systems are referred to as Response-to-Instruction and allow teachers and specialist to individualize and accelerate student learning based on their unique needs. Our commitment to celebrating a student’s individual learning style is clearly demonstrated in the variety of programs that we offer.
